Group Sessions

I have built the group sessions from the bottom up to maximise your fat burn.

Group sessions are a great way to maximise your fat loss while minimising the cost. Each of our groups is kept to a maximum of 9 people to ensure each and every person can still get the coaching and assistance the require, this is a factor often lost in large fitness classes or Bootcamps.

I design each workout provide maximum fat burn in minimum time and a typical workout will burn 4x more fat than a regular gym workout.

Working out in a group has also proven to increase results due to social support, group accountability and our natural competitive nature.

On top of the fat burning workouts you will also receive free nutritional guidance, distance support from myself for any fitness related questions and myth busting articles to make sure you dont fall for any fake (and often expensive) scams.

What to expect in the group sessions

We all lead busy lives, between work, family, chores and well earned rest there isn’t much time left to workout which is why I have designed these sessions to only be 30 minutes long.

Now I know what your thinking 30 minutes isn’t long enough? Each workout is high intensity work. This means you will be working at near maximum effort followed by short bursts of rest, by training this way you actually put your body into what is known as the after burn effect and has been proven to increase your metabolism for up to 24 hours after you stop working out, so that little 30 minute workout will actually burn more calories than any gym workout.

In order to achieve this each session is hard work but also good fun, I make sure that everyone goes at a pace suitable to them and will provide alternate exercises for beginners who may struggle to begin with.

The important thing to remember is I am there to assist you every step of the way, so it doesn’t matter if you are brand new to this sort of training or a seasons pro looking to push yourself to the next level this is perfect for you.
